Order and pay the deposit within 7 days of receiving the quote to secure your booking.

If you are wanting to lock in a date with us, however you aren't sure on all your details just yet or your date is further then 8mouths away, we can take a nonrefundable deposit of $100 to lock in your desired date.

DELIVERIES as from February 2026

We deliver & set up on site all our wedding cakes.

We deliver to anywhere from Esk Valley to Dannevirke in the Hawkes Bay region, rates do vary depending on delivery address.

Pick up is FREE

(all 2 tier + are delivered only with no option to pick up) this is because we put so much time into our cakes & would be just as upset as you if they did not arrive how they left the studio :)

SECURING YOUR BOOKING

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

Once a quote is given you have 7 days to pay the deposit. unless prearranged

If you haven't made contact & a deposit within the 7 days, the booking is void.

Also if your booking isn't paid in full 7 days prior to the booked date, your booking is void.

As we are now a very popular, busy cake business we can't afford to have muck arounds, as we turn down many cakes.

We can offer gluten-friendly, however we cannot cater for 100% Gluten Free, as gluten is present in our kitchen daily,

Cancelling or postponing your order 

As the planning, quoting is timely, your deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel your order with more then 2 weeks notice we will refund the total minus the deposit & any items we have purchased for your cake. If your order is cancelled with less then 2 weeks, there will be no refund. We are limited to how many cakes we can make weekly therefore we turn down many cakes every week.

All wedding cakes with 2+ tiers will be delivered, with no option for pick up. Hawke's Bay only.

We offer this service because we put so much love & care into our cakes & would be upset if it got mishandled & ruined before it got the chance to get demolished by mouths.

Rubylicious Cakes reserves the right to take photos of their work and use them for advertising purposes. This includes photos taken on site at venues. The photo may be used in advertising and on social media but only after the event has taken place.
